Chair of Governors
Lee Smith is an experienced professional with success within teaching and in the world of business.
Lee has had a successful career in teaching and now in the recruitment sector. He has a strong interest in the Special Educational Needs area. He has worked in the role of SENCO besides Senior Leaders for many years.
Lee has worked with the Local Authority Designated Officer on a number of occassions as chair of Governors at Falcons Learning and overseen some very delicate matters.

Paul Reeve is an experienced and successful Businessman. Paul does not have a day to day involvement with the school but, as a Director, Paul can be approached to resolve any issues with the Principal or within the school.
Paul has a vital role to challenge the leadership of the school where appropriate.

Governor with Safeguarding Portfolio
Mark Cleghorn has assumed the role of Governor with a main Portfolio aim of overseeing the safeguarding and child protection aspects of Falcons Learning.
Mark served as a Police Officer with roles including the supervision of major crimes as a Detective Inspector. This gives him an unrivalled skill set and knowledge base to navigate the required legislative landscape that is required for this role.

Special Needs
Jon Badman is the SENCo, DSL, and Deputy Principal at Falcons Learning. He is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a portfolio of qualifications and demonstrable experience of applying this knowledge into exceptional practice. He is well respected and recognised within the senior leadership arena in the East Riding. He has recently joined the team and adds depth and capacity at a Senior Leader level.
